How much does it cost?
Nothing! Well nothing to film or edit the show. We charge per video sold from £14 per unit.
Are you DBS checked?
Yes all of our staff have Enhanced DBS certificates and are registered for the Update Service.
Do you offer stills photography?
No but we do have contacts that we work with regularly that we recommend please ask for details when you book.
Can I add a markup to the cost of the video?
Yes. if you would like to add a markup to the cost of the videos you sell to your customers to make a profit you are more than welcome to. All we ask is that you pay the cost of each video as listed on our prices page.

How does the stream/digital download work?
We email the customer with a link to view the show. Each link we send has a unique password to log on. This can be viewed on a mobile device, laptop, PC or Smart TV. We can give you the option for customers to download and keep the show if you wish. Full details will be provided on the email to the customer.
How many cameras do you use?
We use multiple camera to make sure we capture action from the whole stage including close ups and wide angle shots. Usually we have a minimum of 2 cameras (not all are manned.)
Should we stop parents from filming the show?
Totally up to you, however we do not believe letting parents film the show themselves affects sales. Our videos are far superior in quality from what a parent might capture however allowing parents to film might be distracting to other audience members.
How long before the show do you need to set up?
Usually we need to access the venue 90 minutes before the doors open to set up cameras and microphones. We will endeavor to be discreet and not in the way of the audience or the performance.
How are the DVDs supplied?
DVDs are printed with your logo, title and date of the show and are packaged in clear 'clam shell' cases.
Will we be able to hear the children on the video?
We place several microphones close to the stage and will take a feed from your sound mixing desk if possible to make sure we capture the best quality audio from the show.
Why should we have our show filmed?
Having a professionally filmed video allows families to purchase and keep a special memento of their child's performance. Offering a video also allows parents to just watch and enjoy the show rather than trying to film it themselves.
How does delivery work?
We use Hermes to send the first batch of DVDs to you to supply to your customers. We deliver the first bulk order for free, after that we will charge per shipment.
How do we order copies of the show?
We supply you with an order form to complete your orders. Once complete, simply send the form to us and we will supply the videos. We will then invoice you for the full order. Please note we will need email address for customers that order streams/digital downloads.
Do you film other performances other than dance shows?
Yes. We can film any type of dance, school, or theatre performance or event you might need filming.
